Our vision is to serve Jesus by serving one another and our city. Through this people get a preview of the Kingdom of God as we experience true freedom to live as we are intended; in such a way that it demands a Gospel explanation.

St. Patrick’s Day Teacher Appreciation Event

Friday, March 17, 2017 @ Richards Middle School

Get ready for GREEN! Our teacher appreciation for the quarter is on St. Patrick’s Day. Let’s have some fun and get creative with gold, green, and rainbows.

Join us on Friday, March 17, 2017 for Teacher Appreciation at Richards Middle School. This is a beautiful way for us to serve the school that we worship in.

Grab a friend and serve together! This is a great way for MC groups to be missional together.

You can bake or join us for a segment during the day to serve festive beverages and desserts.

Childcare will be available. We will have a kids corner with some games and activities. When signing up, please add in the comments how many children you will have with you. (Moms, try not to all come at the same time and overwhelm our babysitter.)

Primarily, we serve one another and our city through Missional Communities that meet weekly in our homes. Together we are able to accomplish much more than we could in isolation. With solidarity of purpose we encourage one another, share in our victories, and grow in Christ. Besides, it’s fun!

While we serve in many ways and places, New City Church has a definite warm spot in our hearts for Richards Middle School. So much more than just a facility where we meet on Sundays, we desire to serve the staff and students, as well as their families.

We believe that it’s not necessary to create a number of programs in order to go about God’s work in Lawrenceville. Our Missional Communities are encouraged to partner with local organizations that are already serving our city well.
